Tuna and Potato Croquettes

1.Boil the diced potatoes until they are soft. Drain and mash them in a large bowl.

9.Fry the croquettes in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.

10.Remove the croquettes from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
