Decadent Chocolate Pudding Cake

3In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar (1 cup), brown sugar (½ cup), vanilla extract (2 tsp), and eggs (4) until well combined and slightly frothy.

4Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until a smooth batter forms. Be careful not to overmix to maintain a light texture in the cake.

5Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

8Slice and serve the decadent chocolate pudding (1 package) cake on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat!
