Spicy Egg Toast

1Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2Slice the onion and tomato thinly.

3Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

4In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté the sliced onion until translucent.

5Push the onions to the side of the pan and crack the egg (1) into the pan.

6Cook the egg (1) to your desired doneness, either scrambled or sunny side up.

7Place the cooked egg (1) on top of one of the toasted bread slices.

8Top the egg (1) with the sautéed onions, sliced tomato, and sprinkle with chilly flakes for a spicy kick.

9Cover the egg (1) toast with another toasted bread slice to create a sandwich.

10Serve hot and enjoy your Spicy Egg (1) Toast!
