Garlic Butter Tomato Egg Toast

1Finely chop the garlic (2 cloves) cloves and onion (1 small).

2Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter (2 tablespoons).

3Add the chopped garlic (2 cloves) and onion (1 small) to the skillet and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

4Slice the tomato (1) into thin slices and set aside.

5In a separate skillet, toast the bread slices until golden brown on both sides.

6Remove the toasted bread from the skillet and set aside.

7In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter (2 tablespoons).

8Crack the eggs (2) into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, either scrambled or sunny side up.

9Place the cooked eggs (2) on top of the toasted bread slices.

10Top the eggs (2) with the sautéed garlic (2 cloves) and onion (1 small) mixture.

11Arrange the tomato (1) slices on top of the eggs (2) and season with salt and pepper to taste.

12Serve the Garlic (2 cloves) Butter (2 tablespoons) Tomato (1) Egg Toast hot and enjoy!
