Woodland Delight

1Prepare a smoker with wood chips (1 cup) and smoke the salt for 30 minutes.

3Wash the wood sorrel leaves (1 cup) and woodruff leaves (1 cup) thoroughly, then pat them dry with a paper towel.

4In a large bowl, combine the smoked salt, chopped wood ear mushrooms (1 cup), wood sorrel leaves (1 cup), and woodruff leaves (1 cup).

5Drizzle the woodruff syrup (1 cup) and woodruff liqueur (1 cup) over the mixture and toss gently to combine all the flavors.
