Honey Glazed Beef Stir-Fry

1Season the ground beef (1 lb) with salt and pepper.

2Coat the seasoned ground beef (1 lb) with flour (1 cup).

3Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

4In a separate pot, cook the rice (1 cup) according to package instructions.

5In a large skillet, cook the noodles (1 cup) according to package instructions.

6Once the beef is cooked, add honey (2 tbsp) to the pan and stir to coat the beef in the honey (2 tbsp) glaze.

7Serve the honey (2 tbsp) glazed beef over a bed of rice (1 cup) and noodles (1 cup), and enjoy!
