Creamy Paneer Tikka Masala

1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder to make a marinade.

2.Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to marinate well.

3.In a pan, heat butter and sauté the finely chopped onions until translucent.

4.Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens and the raw smell disappears, stirring occasionally.

5.Add the marinated paneer cubes along with the marinade to the tomato-onion mixture.

6.Pour in the cream and mix well. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat.

7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
