Cheesy Cucumber Meatloaf

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with oil.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (1 lb), breadcrumbs (1 cup), cheddar cheese, cucumber, onion, garlic (2 cloves), ketchup (¼ cup), egg (1), oregano, paprika (½ tsp), black pepper (½ tsp), and salt (½ tsp).

3Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

4Transfer the mixture into the greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

5Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and golden brown on top.

6Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
