Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

1Cook the pasta (8 oz) according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2In a large skillet, melt the butter (2 tbsp) over medium heat.

3Add the minced garlic (4 cloves) to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4Pour in the heavy cream (1 cup) and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes.

5Add the grated Parmesan cheese (1 cup) to the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

6Season the sauce with black pepper (½ tsp).

7Add the cooked pasta (8 oz) to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta (8 oz) evenly with the creamy sauce.

8Serve the creamy garlic (4 cloves) Parmesan pasta (8 oz) hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
