Crispy Parmesan Italian Chicken Tenders

1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs (1 cup), grated Parmesan cheese (½ cup), garlic powder (½ tsp), onion powder (½ tsp), dried oregano (½ tsp), dried basil (½ tsp), paprika (½ tsp), black pepper (¼ tsp), and salt (¼ tsp).

3In another shallow dish, whisk together eggs (2) and milk (¼ cup).

4Place the all-purpose flour (¼ cup) in a third shallow dish.

5Dip each frozen Italian chicken (1 lb) tender into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.

6Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.

8Serve the crispy Parmesan Italian chicken tenders hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
