Spicy Chicken Fry Delight

1Marinate the chicken pieces (500 g) with your favorite spices and set aside for 30 minutes.

2In a pan, heat oil and add the sliced onions (2). Saute until they turn golden brown.

3Add the marinated chicken pieces (500 g) to the pan and cook until they are almost done.

4Toss in the chopped green chillies, (4) coriander leaves, and curry leaves. Mix well.

5Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.

6Serve hot and enjoy the spicy chicken fry with a garnish of fresh coriander leaves and curry leaves.
