Boba Coffee

1Cook the tapioca pearls (¼ cup): Boil water (¼ cup) in a saucepan, add tapioca pearls (¼ cup), and cook for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water (¼ cup).

2Prepare the sweetener: In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar (2 tbsp) and honey (¼ cup). Heat over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.

3Brew the coffee: Brew your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

4Assemble the boba coffee: In a glass, add ice cubes, brewed coffee (½ cup), milk (¼ cup), cream (¼ cup), and the prepared sweetener. Stir well.

5Add the cooked tapioca pearls (¼ cup): Scoop the cooked tapioca pearls (¼ cup) into the glass with the boba coffee mixture.
