Gram Flour Pudding Delight

1.In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and milk. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

2.Add eggs to the mixture and whisk until smooth and creamy.

3.Gradually add gram flour while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.

4.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

5.Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.

7.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
