Garlic Chicken Noodles

1Cook noodles (8 oz) according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

2Cut chicken breast (8 oz) into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce (2 tbsp), oyster sauce (1 tbsp), sesame oil (1 tsp), and sugar (½ tsp) for 15 minutes.

3Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add minced garlic (4 cloves) and sauté until fragrant.

4Add marinated chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.

5Add sliced onion (1) and bell pepper (1), and stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.

6Pour in chicken broth (¼ cup) and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

7Add cooked noodles (8 oz) to the pan and toss to combine with the chicken and vegetables.

8Garnish with chopped green onions (¼ cup), cilantro (¼ cup), peanuts (¼ cup), and bean sprouts (¼ cup) before serving.
