Fluffy Egg Rice Delight

1.Cook the white rice according to package instructions and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.

3.Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

4.Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

5.Mix the scrambled eggs with the cooked vegetables in the skillet.

6.Add the cooked rice, frozen peas, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, paprika, black pepper, green onions, and cilantro to the skillet. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and heat through.

7.Serve the fluffy egg rice delight hot, garnished with extra green onions and cilantro if desired.
