Cheesy Meatball Zucchini Squash Pie

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2Slice the zucchini (1) and squash (1) into thin rounds.

3In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce (1 cup), mozzarella cheese (1 cup), and ricotta cheese (1 cup).

4Place the pie crust (1) in a pie dish.

5Layer the zucchini (1) and squash (1) rounds on the bottom of the pie crust (1).

6Pour half of the cheese and tomato sauce (1 cup) mixture over the zucchini (1) and squash (1).

7Place the meatballs (6) on top of the cheese mixture.

8Pour the remaining cheese and tomato sauce (1 cup) mixture over the meatballs (6).

9Cover the pie with aluminum foil.

10Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

11Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

12Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
