Coffee Flavored Beef Muffins

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tray with paper liners.

2In a mixing bowl, combine Maida (2 cups), sugar (1 cup), coffee powder (2 tbsp), salt (½ tsp), bread crumbs (½ cup), rice powder (½ cup), coconut, peanuts, cooked beef (½ lb), pepper (½ tsp), and chilli powder (½ tsp).

3In a separate bowl, beat the egg (1) until fluffy.

4Gradually add the beaten egg (1) to the dry ingredients and mix well to form a smooth batter.

5Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tray, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

7Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tray for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

8Serve the coffee flavored beef (½ lb) muffins with a side of tomato sauce (2 tbsp), red chilli sauce (1 tbsp), and soya sauce (1 tbsp) for a delicious and savory treat!
