Birthday Cassava Rolls

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish with butter (¼ cup).

2In a mixing bowl, combine grated cassava (2 cups), coconut milk (1 cup), sugar (½ cup), butter (¼ cup), grated cheese (½ cup), condensed milk (½ cup), raisins (½ cup), chopped nuts (½ cup), vanilla extract (½ tsp), cinnamon powder (½ tsp), nutmeg powder (¼ tsp), and salt (¼ tsp). Mix well to form a smooth batter.

3Pour the cassava mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

4In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs (¼ cup), melted butter (¼ cup), and brown sugar (¼ cup) to make the topping.

5Sprinkle the breadcrumb topping over the cassava mixture in the baking dish.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cassava is cooked through.

7Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into rolls.
