Marie Gold Biscuit Cake

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with butter or oil.

2In a blender, crush the Marie Gold biscuits (200 g) into fine crumbs.

3In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs (3) until fluffy and pale in color.

4Add the crushed Marie Gold biscuits (200 g), dates (1 cup), and milk (2 cups) to the beaten eggs (3).

5Mix everything together until well combined into a smooth batter.

6Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
