Banana Bread Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.

2In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

3Add the eggs, baking powder, and milk to the mashed bananas and mix well.

4Cut the bread into cubes and spread half of them in the greased baking dish.

5Pour half of the banana mixture over the bread cubes in the dish.

6Spread a layer of jam over the banana mixture.

7Add the remaining bread cubes on top of the jam layer.

8Pour the rest of the banana mixture over the second layer of bread cubes.

9Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.

10Serve the warm banana bread pudding with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for a delicious dessert.
