Nutty Milkmaid Cake

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with oil.

2In a mixing bowl, combine milk (2 cups), milkmaid (1 cup), and brown sugar (1 cup). Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

3Gradually add flour (2 cups) to the mixture and stir until smooth and well combined.

4Fold in the dry fruits (½ cup) and nuts (½ cup) into the batter.

5Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

8Slice and serve the Nutty Milkmaid (1 cup) Cake.
