Spicy Schezwan Noodle Stir-Fry

1Boil the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2In a wok or large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.

3Add the Schezwan hot sauce and stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.

4Crack the whole egg (1) into the wok and scramble it with the hot sauce.

5Add the boiled noodles to the wok and toss to combine with the egg and sauce.

6Season with light salt, soya sauce, and tomato sauce (1 tablespoon). Stir well to coat the noodles evenly.

7Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.

8Serve hot and enjoy the spicy Schezwan noodle stir-fry!
