Prepare the Bananas

Cut the bananas into thirds. Using a small spoon or melon baller, scoop out a small portion from the center of each banana piece to create a cavity for the sherbet. Fill the Bananas

Fill each banana cavity with different flavors of sherbet. You can mix and match flavors or use rainbow sherbet for a colorful effect. Add the Toppings

Top each sherbet-filled banana with a dollop of whipped cream. Drizzle pineapple topping over the whipped cream. Garnish

Place a candy cherry on top of each banana piece. Sprinkle Mike & Ike's around the bananas for added color and flavor. If you can find pop rocks, sprinkle those instead for a fun, explosive sensation. Serve and Enjoy
