Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and egg until smooth and well combined.

3Gradually add the milk (500 ml) to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring continuously until fully incorporated.

4Crumble the choco chip cookies into the mixture and fold them in gently to distribute evenly.

5Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

7Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

8Serve the chewy chocolate chip cookies warm or at room temperature with a glass of cold milk (500 ml). Enjoy!
