Spicy Grilled Chicken Delight

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the salt, pepper powder, and chilli powder to create a spice mix.

2.Add the oil to the spice mix and stir until well combined to form a marinade.

3.Place the chicken breasts in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.

4.Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

5.Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

6.Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C).

7.Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
