Chocolate Brownie Buns

1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix (2 cups), melted chocolate (½ cup), water (½ cup), vegetable oil (¼ cup), and egg (1 large). Stir until well combined and smooth.

3Add the chocolate chips (½ cup), vanilla extract (½ teaspoon), and salt (¼ teaspoon) to the mixture, and fold gently until evenly distributed.

4Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

5Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

6Remove the brownie buns from the oven and let them cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

7Once cooled, dust the tops of the brownie buns with powdered sugar (¼ cup) for a sweet finish.
