Badam Pisin Delight: A Nutty and Creamy Dessert

1.Soak the Badam Pisin in water for about 4-6 hours or overnight until it swells and becomes soft.

2.In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the soaked Badam Pisin and cook for about 10-15 minutes until it becomes translucent and slightly gelatinous.

3.Add sugar to the saucepan and stir until it dissolves completely.

4.Stir in the cardamom powder and mix well.

5.Add milk to the mixture and let it simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6.Remove from heat and add rose water for fragrance.

7.In a separate pan, heat ghee and lightly toast the chopped almonds and pistachios until golden brown. Set aside.

8.Serve the Badam Pisin in bowls, garnished with the toasted nuts on top.
