Pineapple Lemon Delight Cake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, instant lemon pudding mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), eggs, vegetable oil, and water.

3.Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed for about 2 minutes until well combined and smooth.

4.Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

5.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6.While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.

7.Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.

8.After cooling, poke holes all over the top of the cake with a fork, then pour the glaze over the warm cake, allowing it to soak in.
