Luscious Ledis Fingar Delight

1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

2In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar (1 cup) until light and fluffy.

3Add the eggs (2 large) one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract (1 teaspoon).

4In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder (1 tablespoon), and salt (½ teaspoon). Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk (1 cup). Mix until just combined.

5Gently fold in the mixed berries (1 cup), being careful not to break them apart too much.

6Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

9Dust the top with powdered sugar (¼ cup) before serving.
