Cheesy Chicken and Veggie Bake

1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped cabbage (2 cups), grated carrots (1 cup), diced capsicum, and broccoli florets (1 cup). Mix well to combine all the vegetables with the chicken.

3In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs (2 large), garlic powder (1 teaspoon), onion powder (1 teaspoon), paprika (1 teaspoon), salt, and pepper until well combined.

4Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.

5Add the shredded cheese (1 cup) to the mixture and fold it in gently until well distributed.

6Drizzle olive oil (1 tablespoon) into a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly in the dish.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.

8Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
