Cinnamon Sugar Pizza

1In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt (1 teaspoon), sugar (1 teaspoon), and yeast. Mix well.

2Add the warm water (¾ cup) and olive oil (1 tablespoon) to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.

3Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

6Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a large circle on a floured surface.

7Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

8In a separate bowl, mix the sugar (1 teaspoon) and cinnamon together. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the pizza dough.

9In another bowl, whisk together the egg (1 large) and milk (½ cup). Brush this mixture over the cinnamon sugar (1 teaspoon) on the dough.

10Spread the cooked pasta (1 cup) evenly over the dough, pressing it down slightly to adhere.

11Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the pasta is heated through.

12Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
