Savory & Smokey Bacon Seasoning with Tajin

1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2Place the bacon strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they do not overlap.

6In a mixing bowl, combine the bacon crumbs, Tajin seasoning (1 tablespoon), smoked paprika (1 teaspoon), garlic powder (1 teaspoon), onion powder (1 teaspoon), black pepper (½ teaspoon), chili powder (½ teaspoon), cayenne pepper (¼ teaspoon) (if using), and salt (½ teaspoon). Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

7Transfer the bacon seasoning mixture to an airtight container for storage.
