Decadent Banana Chocolate Bark

1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.

3In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chopped dark chocolate (8 ounces) and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

4Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from the microwave and let it cool slightly for a minute.

5Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula to form a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

6Evenly distribute the banana slices over the melted chocolate, pressing them down gently to adhere.

7Sprinkle the chopped nuts (½ cup), shredded coconut (¼ cup), and mini chocolate chips (¼ cup) over the banana slices and chocolate, distributing them evenly.

8Finish by sprinkling a pinch of sea salt over the top to enhance the flavors.

9Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm.

10Once set, remove the bark from the refrigerator and break it into pieces or cut it into squares.

11Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
