Creamy Chicken Pasta Delight

1.Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

4.Gradually add the chicken broth and milk to the skillet, whisking continuously until the mixture is smooth and begins to thicken, about 3-5 minutes.

5.In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of water to create a slurry. Add this to the sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens further.

6.Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat it in the creamy sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

7.Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
