Decadent Honey Cream Cheese Dessert

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Cream them together until light and fluffy.

3.Add the honey and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.

4.Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

5.Press the dough into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish to form a crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

6.In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well combined and creamy.

7.Pour in the milk and mix until the mixture is smooth and pourable. Set aside.

8.In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

9.Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust in the baking dish.

10.Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the top of the cream cheese layer, pressing them down slightly to adhere.

11.Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours to allow it to set before serving.
