Creamy Mango Milk Powder Delight

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk powder and sugar. Mix well until the sugar is evenly distributed throughout the milk powder.

2.In a saucepan, heat the ghee over medium heat until melted. Add the milk powder and sugar mixture to the ghee, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture is slightly golden and fragrant.

3.Gradually add the milk to the mixture, stirring constantly to create a smooth and creamy consistency. Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly.

4.Once the mixture has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

5.In a blender, add the diced mango and blend until smooth. You can add a little water if needed to help blend.

6.Fold the mango puree into the milk powder mixture until well combined. Make sure the mango is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

7.Pour the creamy mango milk powder delight into serving bowls or glasses. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.

8.Serve chilled, garnished with additional mango pieces or a drizzle of ghee if desired.
