Spicy Shezwan Sausage Spaghetti with Cheddar and Coriander

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3.Once the sausage is cooked, add the Shezwan sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with the sausage. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the sauce through.

4.Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta evenly with the sausage and Shezwan sauce mixture. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

5.Remove the skillet from heat and place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the spaghetti. Cover the skillet for a minute to let the cheese melt slightly.

6.Garnish with chopped fresh coriander before serving.
