Nendran Banana Coconut Delight

1.Peel the Nendran bananas and slice them into thick rounds.

2.In a pan, heat the ghee over medium heat and add the chopped nuts. Sauté until they are golden brown and fragrant, then remove them from the pan and set aside.

3.In the same pan, add the grated coconut and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it is lightly toasted. Remove from the pan and set aside with the nuts.

4.In the same pan, add the jaggery and water. Stir until the jaggery dissolves completely and forms a syrup, about 5 minutes.

5.Add the sliced bananas to the jaggery syrup and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bananas are tender but not mushy.

6.Sprinkle the cardamom powder over the bananas and mix gently to combine.

7.Remove from heat and fold in the toasted coconut and sautéed nuts.

8.Serve warm as a dessert or snack.
