Creamy Paneer Pasta Delight

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3.Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4.Stir in the cubed paneer and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

5.Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

6.Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

7.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.

8.Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is heated through and creamy.

9.Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
