Sausage and Potato Skillet Delight

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4.Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the potatoes and onions, mixing thoroughly.

5.Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.

6.Add the sliced sausages to the skillet and stir to combine with the potatoes and onions.

7.Continue to cook uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the sausages to brown and the flavors to meld together.

8.Once everything is cooked through and golden brown, remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
