Savory Bread Omelette Delight

1.In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk, salt, pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and cumin powder. Whisk until well combined and frothy.

2.Add the chopped onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and grated cheese to the egg mixture. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

3.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter or oil. Allow it to melt and coat the pan evenly.

4.Take one slice of bread and dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. Place the soaked bread slice in the skillet.

5.Pour half of the remaining egg mixture over the bread in the skillet, allowing it to cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and the top is slightly set.

6.Carefully flip the bread omelette to cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown. Repeat the process with the second slice of bread and the remaining egg mixture.

7.Once both bread omelettes are cooked, remove them from the skillet and place them on a plate. Cut them in half or quarters for serving.
