Chocolate Strawberry Banana Delight Cake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to combine.

3.In another bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas until well combined.

4.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

5.Fold in the sliced strawberries and chocolate chips gently into the batter.

6.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8.Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
