Crispy Chicken Nugget Noodle Bowl

1.Preheat your oven and cook the frozen breaded chicken nuggets according to the package instructions until they are golden brown and crispy, usually around 20-25 minutes.

2.While the chicken nuggets are baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3.In the same pot, add the broccoli florets and julienned carrots to the boiling water for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking the noodles. Drain the vegetables with the noodles and set aside.

4.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes to create a sauce.

5.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, broccoli, and carrots. Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss until everything is well coated.

6.Once the chicken nuggets are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a minute before cutting them into bite-sized pieces.

7.Add the chicken pieces to the noodle and vegetable mixture, gently tossing to combine.

8.Serve the noodle bowl in individual bowls, garnished with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
