Spicy Cheesy Egg Maggi Stovetop Bake

1.In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the Maggi noodles and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten. Add the Amul cheese spread, garlic paste, tomato sauce, coriander powder, jeera powder, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

3.Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the egg mixture and stir gently to coat the noodles evenly with the mixture.

4.Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the refined sunflower oil. Once hot, pour the Maggi and egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly.

5.Cover the skillet with a lid and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked and the bottom is golden brown.

6.Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and cover again for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

7.Once done, remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
