Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sriracha sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt until well combined to create the marinade.

2.Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

3.In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set aside.

4.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5.Remove chicken tenders from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Reserve the marinade for later use.
