Mashed Potato and Green Bean Casserole Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the leftover mashed potatoes, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3.Gently fold in the cooked green beans and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mashed potato mixture.

4.Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter. Spread the mashed potato and green bean mixture evenly in the dish.

5.Sprinkle the leftover dressing (stuffing) evenly over the top of the potato mixture.

6.In a small bowl, mix the remaining cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs together. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

7.Dot the top of the casserole with small pieces of butter to help with browning.

8.Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.

9.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
