Irresistible Dark Chocolate Peanut Treats

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the raw peanuts on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden and fragrant. Stir halfway through to ensure even roasting.

2.While the peanuts are roasting, prepare a double boiler by filling a pot with water and placing a heatproof bowl on top, ensuring the bowl does not touch the water. Bring the water to a gentle simmer.

3.Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and add it to the bowl along with the Hatsun salted butter. Stir occasionally until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and smooth.

4.Once melted, remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
