Spicy Honey-Glazed Chicken Skewers

1.In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well blended to create the marinade.

2.Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

3.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat on the stovetop.

4.Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

5.Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

6.Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the chicken juicy.
