Sorted Skillet

1.Wash and scrub sweet potato with cold water.

2.Peel off all of the skin.

3.Cut into equal diced pieces.

4.Cover with a thin layer of coconut oil and salt.

5.Cook in the oven at 450°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

6.Cook ground beef in separate pan (stainless steel my preferred option).

7.Cook eggs over easy or medium in cast iron skillet.

8.Once eggs are finished, remove eggs and using the same cast iron, coat with avocado oil before adding in the sweet potatoes, then add your beef, eggs and top with grated cheese.

9.Garnish with sliced avocado.
