Spicy Sausage Pasta Delight Without Olive Oil

1.Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 1 tsp of salt and the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, add the sliced sausage and cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3.Add the chili powder, chili flakes, black pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala to the skillet. Stir well to coat the sausage in the spices and cook for an additional 2 minutes to release the flavors.

4.Pour in the pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.

5.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the spicy sausage sauce.

6.Tear the cheese slices into smaller pieces and sprinkle them over the pasta. Cover the skillet for a minute to allow the cheese to melt slightly.

7.Serve hot, garnished with extra chili flakes if desired.
